1.Medical Documentation and Secretarial Program
AIM:
The Medical Documentation and Secretarial Program was established to employ office manager candidates to be employed in private and/or public health institutions and currencies. The program aims to establish a professional organization that can manage all kinds of information and document processes in health data and track, archive and organize the characteristics of people coming to such organizations.
DEGREE EARNED:
Graduates of this program include the title of Health Technician and program graduates can be appointed as health technicians.
DEGREE LEVEL:
associate degrees
ACCEPTANCE AND REGISTRATION CONDITIONS:
Candidates must have a high school or equivalent school diploma and have received sufficient scores from the relevant field of the central exam administered by ÖSYM.
RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING:
They may be exempt from certain courses within certain frameworks. If the course content is approved by the relevant college/faculty/institute executive board and the application is made within the deadline, the courses will be exempted.
QUALIFICATION CONDITIONS AND RULES:
Obtaining at least 2.0 out of 4.00 in order to successfully complete all courses available in the program (total fee of 120 ECTS).
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES:
Those who work as Medical Secretary, Patient Consultant, Patient Files Archivist and Management Secretariat in Public Institutions and Organizations and Private Health Institutions and Organizations in this sector, provided that they pass the civil service exam and are appointed.
GRADUATION CONDITIONS:
A minimum score of 2.0 out of 4.00 was not obtained to successfully complete all courses available in the program (total fee of 120 ECTS).
